The Westin Los Cabos Resort Villas

Beautiful hotel and views! Staff were amazing and food was good. Only negative is I asked for a 1 hour late check out and there was no willingness to accommodate. I feel that when you spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on both Marriott vacation clubs and Bonvoy there should be just a small amount of customer service.

My first time in Mexico and I was here with 3 other family members. The Westin was an amazing experience. From the moment we pulled up to the moment we drove away we felt welcomed, taken care of and a great atmosphere. and wish we got the gentleman’s name who helped carry our luggage to our room. He was so funny and told us some fun facts and was so kind! The entire staff the whole time were unbelievable! Pearlita and Sebastián led most of the games and events while we were here and were both amazing. Sebastián is so good with people and made us feel like friends! It was amazing. Pearlita was great at getting everyone involved in the games!!! Both were amazing. At the towel retrieval area I met Diana, Leslie, and Amisadai who were seriously some of the sweetest girls I’ve ever met. So kind, helpful, loving, and just genuinely good people. We had several servers/bartenders throughout our stay and they were all pretty incredible! I sadly didn’t get all of their names but Angel, Denise, and the other Angel were so kind and accommodating. Super friendly and attentive. I felt like I would set down an empty can or piece of trash and someone would appear to clear it for me!!! 10/10 experience. Not only is the staff FANTASTIC but the property is clean, pretty quiet, and overall a perfect place to stay. We were able to participate in events like Karaoke or Taco Tuesday or just lounge by the pool and play some no pressure Bingo or do Zumba!! I can’t recommend this resort enough!!!

This was our third stay at the property and our first time in a two-bedroom suite. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained with no real issues, except for a strange omission: the in-room coffee machines don’t come with coffee filters, and the pre-filtered coffee they provide isn’t very good. Small detail, but noticeable over a five-night stay. We spent time at both the owners pool and the bar pool when the weather cooperated. Pool bar pricing was reasonable for a resort. We ate on site for steak night — the steak was solid, but the salmon was excellent. Large portions, good buffet selection, and a nice ambiance. Downtown San José del Cabo is a quick Uber ride and very charming, though pricey, and the food didn’t quite justify the cost compared to other parts of Mexico. We also took a day trip to La Paz (about two hours) which was well worth it and remains one of our favorite spots. Service was excellent throughout the stay, including a nice welcome beer on arrival. The resort itself is beautiful. While we probably won’t return to the Los Cabos area due to overall cost, I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone who enjoys the region.

We had an amazing stay at The Westin Los Cabos Resort! The property is absolutely stunning, the views of the ocean and surrounding cliffs are breathtaking from every angle. The 2-bedroom villas were spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The staff were wonderful, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and we especially enjoyed the restaurants overlooking the water. The infinity pools are large and perfectly positioned to take in those incredible ocean views, definitely one of the highlights of the resort. The only disappointment was not being able to swim or relax in the ocean due to the strong currents, but the pools more than made up for it. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience, and we’d happily return!

Fabulous! Our second year and love everyone and everything. Beautiful facility and friendly staff. My husband developed a tooth problem and concierge got us last minute appt with a local dentist. We were there in Feb, which falls during 'whale season'.... extra bonus- whales swimming by.

Great hotel and amenities. Right on the beach. Pools were very nice. Clean spaces. Room had a view. Staff were incredible!!!

Staff at this property all seem to really enjoy their jobs and are very welcoming of the guests. The staff at the activity desk are wonderful in creating a fun atmosphere through different activities. Take the daily stretch/yoga class and the fun activities at the pool. You will feel refreshed everyday and feel less guilty about eating too much.

Excellent facility on the beach with many pools and gym. Very clean, safe, with pleasant and friendly staff! Highly recommended, my family really enjoyed our stay here and will be coming back!
